  • Level 1 – ALL COACHES, Laila H (£35) – rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swinging on bars, balancing on beam, squat/straddle ons on vault, preps for flics & handsprings
  • Level 2 – Ellie, Joe, Emma G (£40) Sally (£45) – round off, handsprings, flicks, handspring vaults, back hip circles, undershoot on bars, handstands & cartwheels on beam
  • Level 2 – Jasmine (£40) – connecting round off and flics, somersaults, aerials, handspring vaults, back hip circles, undershoot on bars, handstands & cartwheels on beam
  • Level 3 Artistic– Sam W (£45)  connecting round off and flics, somersaults, aerials, back hip circles, undershoot on bars & upstarts, cartwheels & walkovers on beam
  • Level 4 – Luke (£50) – teamgym/tumbling- connecting round off and flics, whips, somersaults, upstarts, half ons on vault, walkovers on beam, aerials trampette

Lessons are open to members and non-members!

These are perfect for Gymnasts, Cheerleaders and Dancers who:

  • Want to boost confidence in their gymnastics skills
  • Want personalised coaching – have the opportunity to focus on specific skills
  • Want to learn new skills

Information about private sessions

Private 1:1 sessions cost £35.00- £50.00 depending on coach for 1 hour (£10.00 for an additional child)

Children must be 5+ years old to participate in private sessions

Please can you ensure your child has a current BG membership, this is a requirement after attending 2 sessions. https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships

If you need to cancel your lesson, a 24 hour notice period is necessary. If less than 24 hours if given, then the full price of the lesson will still be charged.
